Getting back on track or staying on track?

I got in my week 5 day one last night. I was watching Biggest Loser and they had the final four contestants running a marathon! I figured that I couldn’t just sit on the couch and watch the show so hopped on the treadmill and got 1.9 miles in 30 minutes. That would have probably been 2.25 if I had been running outside. The treadmill at home is so much harder to run on.

I also lost a pound this week! I’m really happy with that since I know that I didn’t exercise as much as I needed to.

I have the Race for the Cure on Sunday. I’ll update after that.

    Congratulations on losing a pound – that’s awesome!

    Look at you, running on the treadmill during BL. Now that’s motivation :)!
