65 minutes and 4.7 on elliptical plus 20 on the bike. Maintained my heart rate on the elliptical which was my goal. I'm trying to increase my endurance and I'll focus on speed during the week.
That's a great elliptical workout. It will certainly help the endurance. Keep up the great work.
Thanks Amanda! I've got to run tonight too. I didn't make it to my Pilates class last night since I was stuck at work. We'll see how I do tonight.
