Yummy Breakfast

I am trying to eat healthier and I have decided to slightly change the focus of this blog from just running to an overall health and wellness blog.  I was supposed to go to the Healthy Living Summit this weekend in Philadelphia, but obviously those plans changed.  I do hope to have an opportunity to meet many of the bloggers that will be there in the future since many of them are now local to me.

So today I wanted to share my breakfast with you.  Hopefully, it will fill me up until lunch time.

This was low fat Nutrigrain Eggo waffles with Peanut Butter & Co. Dark Chocolate Dreams, banana, sprinkled with Pumpkin Flax Plus Granola from Whole Foods and drizzled with a little bit of honey.

I think I’m in love with this stuff.  It was on sale at Whole Foods and I think I’ll need to get back there to buy a few more bottles.

When I can, I will not only include my workouts, but also my meals.  Once I start including those, maybe I’ll make healthier choices since I will be sharing things with you too!
