So today I wanted to share my breakfast with you. Hopefully, it will fill me up until lunch time.
This was low fat Nutrigrain Eggo waffles with Peanut Butter & Co. Dark Chocolate Dreams, banana, sprinkled with Pumpkin Flax Plus Granola from Whole Foods and drizzled with a little bit of honey.
I think I’m in love with this stuff. It was on sale at Whole Foods and I think I’ll need to get back there to buy a few more bottles.
When I can, I will not only include my workouts, but also my meals. Once I start including those, maybe I’ll make healthier choices since I will be sharing things with you too!
